Processing Time

Orders are handmade to order or packed from stock and typically dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase. During busy periods this may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Standard shipping usually takes 3-10 business days depending on your location, with express options available at checkout where offered. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

 

International Shipping

If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times and costs will vary by destination. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipping method, the tracking details will be included in that email.
